Drawing from my extensive corporate and entrepreneurial experience on five continents, I have developed a top Transformational Leadership Practice for innovative, visionary and value-driven leaders, where I provide Transformational Leadership Coaching services with a passion for Co-Creation. With my signature framework, Powerful Leadership Transformation (PLT)™, I focus on driving fast results for my coaching clients by emphasizing a Self-Empowering Mindset & Heartset, Distinctive Uniqueness, and a compelling, confident Body- and Energy-Conscious Presence, enabling them to take Inspired & Effective Action, and thus increase their influence and impact.

As a multicultural and multilingual Transformational Leadership Coach, I help companies leverage their diverse talent and transform their leadership approach through a new business conscious with fresh leadership paradigms.

I consider myself a citizen of the world (alias a passionate nomad), speak five languages and have 30+ years of international experience, including management positions at Boston Consulting Group in the U.S., Europe, and Latin America, where my primary focus was on HR, career & performance management, training & talent development, operations & office management, office buildouts and new office openings, and budgeting. At BCG, I had a leading role in opening two new offices in Portugal and Brazil, as well as several international projects throughout Europe and Latin America. As an entrepreneur, I owned two businesses in Argentina and Brazil, and I translated 12 books on dance, culture, tourism, politics and science. My eclectic background allowed me to develop a special skill set that flows into my unique transformational approach.

I am a Conversational Intelligence (C-IQ)® Enhanced Skills Practitioner (C-IQ being a methodology developed by Judith Glaser/CreatingWE Institute for team leaders at all levels to build trust, navigate successfully through conversations and transform organizational cultures), a Thought Leader at WIN (Women’s Information Network) and a Show Host at Win Win Women TV/Roku TV, a Speaker at Network of Executive Women (NEW) and the Speakers Coalition, and an Expert Contributor at SheSource Women’s Media Center.

In the past, I was an Advisory Board Member at the Voice of the Girl Child and Vulnerable People Foundation (Nigeria) and at JustSociale (Australia), Deputy Director for Education & Head of Leadership Institute at AIRO (African Intellectual Resource Organization), a member of the Circle of Wise Women at Female Wave of Change, a member of theFinancial Women's Association's Leadership Team, where I served as Co-Chair of its Executive Leaders and Distinguished Speakers Committees. During five consecutive years, I coached at the Diversity Women's Business Leadership Conference, and for several years, I have supported the AFP Women’s Impact Initiative as a mentor. I also was a Certified Leadership Ambassador at Take The Lead Women, a Global Collaborator at WAVPH (West Africa Volunteer Project of Humanity as part of theiaheg.com), Secretary General of Board of Directors and Executive Global Mentor at UAMDC (UAE-Africa Mentoring Development Consortium), and member of Women Speakers Association (WSA). In 2017, I supported several initiatives and conferences in Ghana (SOS Jobs4Women Ghana; Africa Internship Academy) and South Africa (WOVSA – Women of Value South Africa, OnCue). In 2018, I co-hosted and was a keynote speaker at the Building Entrepreneurial Ecosystems in Africa Conference as well as the Get Inspired by Regina women’s event in Cameroon, and I have been collaborating with several other Africa- and U.S.-based projects that support leadership development, female advancement, youth training and start-ups. As a Mentor at Galvanize Inc (urban campus and workspace for tech start-ups), I supported women in Tech 2018-2019. In March 2019, I received the Humanitarian Award by Global Goodwill Ambassadors (GGA), and I was featured on Women2Watch, among many other online and offline conferences and events I have shared my wisdom and inspiration at.

Through my coaching programs, workshops, roundtables, keynotes and interactive sessions for events, I work with companies to leverage their diverse talent and create more (truly) inclusive cultures. My clients include organizations in Financial Services, Management Consulting, Law, Interior Design, Media, Food, and more.
