Hi, I'm Regina Huber, a Transformational Leadership Coach, Inspirational Speaker, and Author. As the Founder & CEO of my coaching, speaking & training business TRANSFORM YOUR PERFORMANCE, I drive bold, value-driven leadership. Through my holistic coaching approach, I help my clients reach their next career goal all the way to the C-Suite, as well as improve their leadership skills so they can better lead self and others.

I speak five languages and have an eclectic multicultural background on five continents, which includes leadership positions at Boston Consulting Group (on three continents) and ownership of businesses in Argentina, Brazil, and the U.S.

I am a Conversational Intelligence (C-IQ)® Enhanced Skills Practitioner. I created four signature coaching frameworks, three of which being leadership-focused: Powerful Leadership Transformation (PLT)™ and New-Paradigm Leadership (NPL)™, and The T.h.r.i.v.i.n.g. Leader Formula™, and the fourth being Get Your Dream Salary™.

I am the author of Speak up, Stand out and Shine as well as a leadership-focused white paper and numerous articles in magazines in the U.S. and Africa. I also co-authored three other books.

Over the years, I have trained and inspired local and international audiences, in addition to being featured in the media in Africa, Latin America, and the U.S. I also had my own TV show on WIN WIN Women TV/Roku TV, served as a Member of the Leadership Team of the Financial Women’s Association (FWA) NY, and was a Mentor at Galvanize Inc., in addition to various projects on the African continent.

I have a passion for travel and dance, which have both taught me priceless lessons for business, leadership, and executive presence.
