Work I Do in Africa

Because of my personal interests, which include a passion for African music, dance and fashion, and because I love traveling in Africa and expanding my horizon in this way, after living in several countries in Europe, Latin America and the U.S., I felt inspired to collaborate with institutes and organizations to advance women, develop young leaders and support start-ups, including: SOS Jobs4Women Ghana, AIA African Internship Academy Ghana, WAVPH (West Africa Volunteer Project of Humanity as part of theiaheg.com) and YTI MOM (Young Transformers Initiative Mentoring of Mentors).

Work I Do in Africa

In 2020, I was Deputy Director for Education & Head of Leadership Institute of AIRO – African Intellectual Resource Organization, and I am a Member of the Advisory Board of the Nigeria-based Voice for the Girl Child and Vulnerable People Foundation. In the past, I also served as Secretary General of Board of Directors & Global Executive Mentor at UAMDC – UAE/Africa Mentoring Development Consortium.

Co-creation projects include women’s initiatives in South Africa, Cameroon, Ghana, as well as with pan-African Moremi Initiative, AIA African Internship Academy Ghana, the Institute of Advanced Leadership Uganda (IAL-Uganda) and The Green Fighter Team in Rwanda, UNICAF Zambia (together with OLDN/COLD UAE), among others.

I have 4 Licensed Powerful Leadership Transformation (PLT)™ Facilitators in Africa and the U.S., and growing…
