As the Founder & CEO of her coaching, speaking & training business TRANSFORM YOUR PERFORMANCE, she drives bold, value-driven leadership. Through her holistic coaching approach, she helps her clients reach their next career goal all the way to the C-Suite, as well as improve their leadership skills so they can better lead self and others.

Regina speaks five languages and has an eclectic multicultural background on five continents, which includes leadership positions at Boston Consulting Group (on three continents) and ownership of businesses in Argentina, Brazil, and the U.S.

Regina is a Conversational Intelligence (C-IQ)® Enhanced Skills Practitioner. She created three signature coaching frameworks, two of which being leadership-focused: Powerful Leadership Transformation (PLT)™ and New-Paradigm Leadership (NPL)™, and the third being Get Your Dream Salary™.

She is the author of Speak up, Stand out and Shine as well as a leadership-focused white paper and numerous articles in magazines in the U.S. and Africa. She also co-authored three other books.

Over the years, she has trained and inspired local and international audiences, in addition to being featured in the media in Africa, Latin America, and the U.S. Her many volunteer roles include Show Host at WIN WIN Women TV (Roku), Member of the Leadership Team of the Financial Women’s Association (FWA) NY, Mentor at Galvanize Inc., and Leadership Webinar Host in co-creation with Unicaf Zambia CentreOLD Zimbabwe.
